
David Forster
Dave is a highly successful operations executive with expertise in building/optimizing and leading multi-million dollar organizations, through the use of processes, installing effective measurement systems, and infrastructure to maximize business operations worldwide. He has extensive experience in classified and unclassified networks, Information Technology, Radars and Weapons, and Ship Systems. He has proven success in delivering optimal results in high-pressure environments through initiatives that exceed operational performance targets and yield measurable outcomes.
He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis in late ‘80s. Subsequently, he furthered his engineering education by securing an M.S. in Astronautical Engineering from the Naval Post Graduate School. In 2005, he procured an MBA from Rutgers Business School in New Jersey. Consequently, Mr. Forester scholastic achievements and extensive professional career make him an undeniable asset at any organization.
Prior to his current position, he worked with the U.S. Navy in Washington D.C. as Program Manager for the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems department. He was responsible for almost every facet of getting complex sensing information and intelligence implemented into daily naval operations. His scope of responsibilities was so expansive that, in addition to his operational duties, he also initiated client engagements and negotiated contracts, some in the excess of $1 billion. He also helped to generate huge cost savings initiatives.
